What personal information does Create-Medialink collect and where does this information come from?
Create-Medialink may collect information about you in several different ways. Please be attentive when submitting information to us, in particular when completing free text fields and when uploading content, documents, and other materials. Some of our services are automated, and we may not recognize that you have accidentally provided us with incorrect or sensitive information.
(1) Information we collect when you use MediaLink Live or MediaLink Switcher
In order to monitor and analyze the broadcasting quality, Create-Medialink collects some broadcasting information, including:
broadcast ID, server name, user name
title, resolution, privacy, video URL, thumbnail, live top views, average views, category
device model name
language, start time, stop time
(2) How Create-Medialink collects information
Create-Medialink acquires broadcasting information by YouTube, Facebook, Twitch Live API. By connecting any account to MediaLink Live or MediaLink Switcher, you agree to privacy policies of the corresponding media or social network platform.
(“MediaLink Live/Switcher use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”)
(3)Links to third-party sites
The Service may contain links to other third-party websites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those third-party websites. We strongly encourage you to view the privacy and cookie policies displayed on those third-party websites to find out how your personal information may be used.
If you connect any third-party account (such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or another third-party application) to the MediaLink Live or MediaLink Switcher, you are authorizing us to share or grant access to information on your behalf with such third party.

Create-Medialink may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
To run and operate our Site or need your information display content on the Site correctly.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
